1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

📦 Free Shipping is available on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping & Delivery Time

LumenVitta partners with trusted international fulfilment centres. As a result, orders may be shipped directly from overseas locations.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7–15 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Public holidays

  • External factors beyond our control


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to become active after dispatch.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs checks.

  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are handled in accordance with UK regulations.

  • In most cases, customers will not be required to pay additional fees, but this cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

LumenVitta is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

LumenVitta is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
