At LumenVitta, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help — in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.


1. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us by email at support@lumenvitta.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Once cancellation is approved, you will have 14 days to return the item.


2. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Original packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please note: As we ship directly from our international suppliers, return addresses may vary. Our support team will provide the correct return instructions after you contact us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Items with broken seals

  • Products showing signs of use

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.


4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us at support@lumenvitta.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos or videos.

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except where required by law.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email support@lumenvitta.com.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us at support@lumenvitta.com with details and evidence.


8. International Shipping Notice

LumenVitta operates via international fulfillment partners. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and international logistics. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
